Bounty Bash Treasure Hunt Tips & Tricks
If you’re looking for a Bounty Bash Treasure Island / Treasure Hunt guide to get more chests with fewer shovels, you’re in the right place.
Treasure Island is one of the best ways to boost your account early: you don’t need strong teams, just good shovel usage and a bit of planning.
💎 Why Treasure Island Matters
Treasure Island is important because:
- It gives a steady stream of treasures and power.
- Progress depends on your activity and decisions, not on your team's strength.
- You can turn a few minutes a day into long-term account growth.
If you treat it as a serious daily activity instead of a side minigame, your account will be stronger much earlier.
✅ Where to Dig First on a Fresh Island
Goal: Use your limited shovels and TNT to reveal as many chests as possible.
More digs with fewer shovels → higher Treasure Island level → more rewards → faster overall growth.
⛏️ The Most Important Rule: Your Shovel Is a Cross
Shovel pattern
Every shovel dig affects 5 tiles at once:
- The tile you tap (center) applies a 2-depth power dig.
- The 4 neighbors: up, down, left, and right get a 1 depth-power dig.
Starting in the ✅spots gives you:
- Maximum vision for the fewest shovels.
- A better chance to spot hidden chests in the corners.
✅ Second Move
You already uncovered one chest.
The next move is hitting one of the ✅ spots to hit 5 tiles while moving to the center.
📦 Chest Logic: All Chests Are 2×2
Digging into any red tile is not effective!
- There are no chests in 3 out of 4 corners.
- Digging in a depth-1 tile or in a tile with a border.

💡Pro Tips
1) Use ALL your shovels/TNT every day
Spend ALL your shovels and TNT; there is a daily ad-refill option.
2) It is okay to dig an “empty” tile
Yes, it’s viable. Sometimes the best tile to dig is an empty one.
In this example, with only 1 shovel, we would uncover the chest + dig another tile towards the center.
3) When to use TNT
Treat TNT as a powerful but limited tool. It’s a 3x3 blast (9 tiles).
Use TNT when:
- You have a dense cluster of unknown tiles or rocks.
- You suspect more than one chest in the same region.
- Shovels alone would take many digs to open that area.
4) Max Shovels is 60. Never hit the cap.
5) Notice how many chests are in the map (bottom right corner).
If you see 6 chests, it could be a relic chest or a coffin.
More digs with fewer shovels → higher Treasure Island level → more rewards → faster overall growth.
